When I first started my fitness journey I was anything but healthy. I knew nothing about nutrition or how to workout correctly. I frequently ate only junk food and nothing that benefitted my body which often left me feeling weak and drained all the time. I decided to make a change. With the help of my 8 older siblings who were great examples in fitness, I learned about the value of eating correctly and training. I started using light weights in my garage, shortly after, I fell in love with weight lifting. Fast forward 3 years and now I’m helping all of you do the same.
There’s nothing more important to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them confident and strong and all around happy with themselves. I know how difficult it can be to begin your journey with fitness but I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today.
