The Fight55 program was specially developed to give women a safe space to learn, grow, and move their bodies in a non-intimidating setting. Walking into a gym can be scary and making the choice to get healthier can be hard. Taking that first step & just showing up is all you need to do here at JET. Fight55 is a 55-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit workout that incorporates boxing, cardio, and strength training. Our community of uplifting ladies will help you crush your workouts as you become physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger. On your first day we’ll walk you through each step and movement to help you give your absolute best. It’s only you vs. you. No matter what your age or fitness level is, Fight55 will change your life.
